RAIL VEHICLE CONSTRUCTION
In rail vehicle construction, we have specialised in the profile forming of bows, pillars and handrails. Our work can now be found in all generations of Intercity Express trains in Germany.
ESCALATORS
Escalators also require bent profiles. Here our focus is mainly on producing bent parts such as guide rails and cladding sheets.
APPARATUS AND CONTAINER CONSTRUCTION
The technique of flanging makes it possible to shape the edge of various workpieces (such as cylinders or sheet coating).
CONVEYOR TECHNOLOGY/TRANSPORT SYSTEMS
Here we manufacture tailored bent parts that are used in conveyor belts, guide rails, guide plates and cladding sheets.
ANTIQUE VEHICLES/SHEET METAL PRODUCTION
To generously maintain an original sheet metal substance, e.g. from the fender, roof or side flank, we use templates or sketches to make repair panels. These custom-made constructions are then partially welded in.
